School Lunch Day 59: Sliced Baguettes & Cheese

School Lunch Day 59 - from WhatLisaCooks.com

My kids love bread. So to get a lunch that consists largely of slices of bread is really quite a treat. And I liked this lunch because it was super easy to make.

I got a really nice baguette from a local bakery, it came in a gift bag as part of a school fundraiser. I could easily have eaten the whole thing myself, but that wouldn't have been wise. For this lunch I just sliced the baguette, and alternated it with some slices of cheddar cheese, and salami for two of them. A veggie on the side (two have carrot, two have sweet peppers), and a little fruit, and lunch was done.
