Pizza rolls: my favorite make-ahead lunch idea. Make big batches and freeze them.
Quesadillas: quick, easy, versatile, and kids love them.
Pinwheel: a roll, a wrap, call it what you want - sandwich type fillings but rolled up in a tortilla.
Fruit & cheese box: this has always been one of the biggest hits with my kids, especially when sweet summer fruits are in season.
